How will I receive my order?

For all orders within Singapore, The Cat Backpack is committed to have your order delivered within 3 days (including SAT, SUN, & PH). Delivery can be expected on the same day, next day or the third day latest, between 10 in the morning till 10 at night.

Here is the entire process in a nutshell :

We will retrieve the backpack you’ve ordered from our store and pack it ready for delivery within 24 hours upon receiving your order. We will then schedule our delivery to the delivering address you have filled up upon checking out, and have your order delivered to your door within 48 hours.

A notification from The Cat Backpack’s representative will be sent to your contact number prior delivery. Shall you have any special request for delivery, you can reply directly to the message.

Is backpack carrier a better option for cats?

We started The Cat Backpack believing backpack carriers are the best carrier option for cats definitely.

Firstly, you let the weight distribute evenly onto your shoulders, feeling much lighter to carry them around overall. Secondly, you free up both of your hands comparing to most other pet carriers, which allows you to use both hands to tease or calm your kitty while travelling with them. Thirdly, backpack carriers are designed to ‘fit’ and ‘cuddle’ a cat like a cradle, optimizing for the coziness and comfort while travelling.

When they are not stressed travelling in a carrier, they can look extremely funny, adorable and curious with everything new in sight, and that is the experience we wish all cat people would have bringing their kids out.

Can I bring the carrier onto buses or trains?

Yes, if it is empty.

Sad to say that there are still many pet prohibited zones in Singapore, which public transport such as buses or trains are two of them.

Can this be washed?

Yes of course, just wash it like any other backpack or carrier.
